In June of 2024 Bin 707 opened in our newly built our “Forever home” at 400 Main Street in Downtown Grand Junction.

We are NOW OPEN for Dinner Monday-Saturday at 4:30, Sunday from 5-9pm

Happy Hour Monday-Friday 3:30-5:30.

Bin 707 began at 707 Horizon Dr. in 2009. By 2011, we had gained notoriety for our vision of Seasonal & Regional American Cuisine inspired by our home in Western Colorado. Through countless accolades and multiple James Beard Nominations, Bin had become a destination restaurant in Downtown Grand Junction, CO.

Building on this reputation, in March of 2024, the Foodbar paused operation at our previous location to bring our new home to life.

Continuing our commitment to excellence, we pride ourselves on responsibly sourcing from "local, Colorado & domestic sources" to execute a unique, thoughtful, and accessible experience time and time again has garnered both regional and national attention including: Bin 2018 and 2019 Good Food 100 restaurant, and an ongoing and a James Beard Smart Catch "Leader", and a Slow Food Snail of Approval for its commitment to sustainability within the industry. Bin 707 was awarded the “Colorado Restaurant of the Year” at the Colorado Restaurnt Foundation “Hospy Awards” in 2025, and Chef/Owner Josh Niernberg is a 2025 finalist, 2023 & 2022 James Beard Outstanding Chef Semifinalist, and a 2020 James Beard Best Chef Mountain Region Semifinalist. Through the ethos and vision created by Husband and wife team Jodi & Josh Niernberg, Bin 707 has remained a staple in Western Colorado, Greater Colorado, and the large Southwest Regional Dining Community since its inception in 2009.
