Bin 707 was founded in 2009 by husband-and-wife team Jodi & Josh Niernberg to create a sense of place through hospitality and cuisine in Western Colorado. In March of 2024, Bin 707 relocated to 400 Main Street in Downtown Grand Junction, Colorado.
